Being straight - Horse of a long race

Being straight!!
What we understand of this. It doesn't mean a way of not doing things. But it means that thinking in the right direction along with acting in that way. If something bothers you, then follow the path where your heart leads and defy the fears, this means 'Being straight'. When things or situation bothers you, fear builds and surrounds you. This fear is the bully, and bully wants you to change the path where your heart is leading too. But being straight do not get intimidated by your fear, and carry on your journey towards the right direction.
Let me share you a story of Akash, who works for a multinational company, but as the situation of the company is getting worse, Akash can sense the uncertainties in his job and he wants to build an alternate source of income i.e. passive income. He shares his feelings with a colleague Vaidya. Vaidya shares the same feeling and shares his success story. As he can too sense the uncertainty and thus he has invested in a scheme which guarantees him guaranteed passive income for his entire lifetime. Only someone has to invest in the scheme and work 2-3 hours a day. Passive income starts instantly and it keeps on increasing with the passing of each month. In this scheme, one has to be determinant and after giving 2-3 hours a day for the initial few years the income keeps on coming even if one stops working. The person has to follow the standard operating procedures of the scheme and the income cycle grows bigger and never stops once starts running.
It seems to be an attractive scheme says Akash, what is it and how much to invest. Vaidya doesn't share the entire details but says that if you are ready then I can arrange a presentation of the scheme. Akash says okay. At evening vaidya comes at Akash's house with the sales representative and few beneficiaries of the scheme. All of them are well dressed and greets Akash and his wife and then beneficiaries start narrating their success stories.
One beneficiary recites about his success, that he had invested in this scheme 4 years back and now he is earning Rs 1 lakh a month. And he shares his plan to increase his earning to 1 million rupees per month in coming one year. Akash and his wife seem to be so surprised and excited.
The sales representative now takes over and starts the presentation,
If you want to be rich after five years, start investing now in this scheme. In this scheme you have to invest now and you start to get paid instantly, and your money grows and the size of paycheck increases subsequently with each passing month.
Akash: Wow, What is the growth potential?
Salesman: It is unlimited.
Akash: Okay, How much & where to invest?
Salesman: 1 unit of scheme costs 1 million rupees and it is only a one-time investment.
Akash: Ooh! it is a years salary for me, anyway, how does this scheme work?
Salesman: This scheme takes money from investors like you and invests in the market i.e. different business models based on decisions taken by the core committee of the scheme. The investor now has to work and has to bring more investors so that the corpus size increases and so does the earning of the scheme. The earning earned from the investment is then monthly distributed to the investors in the ratio of their chained investments. Higher the chain of investors, higher the earnings.
Akash: Oh, so I have to bring more investors to get a good return.
Salesman: The moment you invest in the scheme, you start getting a part of earning of the company. The more investor you bring the more earning you make. And in this scheme after some years you do not have to work, the chain what you've created and the cycle which you've started with your hard work will payback. So, you are ready for investment?
Akash: What's the guarantee of payback.
Salesman: Theirs 100% guarantee of payback, few success stories are in front of you.
Akash got straight and asked: if I don't get a payback, you'll cancel my membership of the scheme and issue me a refund of my investment in future.
Salesman: That's not possible sir. As Mr Vaidya has called us to include you in our scheme, so for you we've all had come for the presentation. Mr Akash, this is a one time opportunity and you will miss your spot in the chain if you do not join as soon as possible. Come be a part of our success story.
Now Akash is in a dilemma, his heart understood that its a fraud scheme, which pays you back when you commit fraud with others. And above all the scheme creators get paid by the scam. But now Akash is in fear. He doesn't want to invest his hard-earned money in a scheme where after getting cheated he has to cheat others to get a payback. And now he has a burden of losing his friend if he refuses the offer.
Akash: Okay give me some time to give it a thought and for arranging funds, I will get back to you soon.
Everyone greets and leaves.
Every day at work Vaidya ask about his status, and now the fear of Akash is getting bigger. Sometimes greed overtakes fear and console Akash to invest immediately.
But asiding his fear and greed Akash decides not to be a part of the scheme and frankly declines the offer to Vaidya. Vaidya starts scolding Akash for wasting his and others time and leaves. Akash knows that he has taken a correct decision and saved his hard-earned money to be a part of the scam which is going to explode someday in future.
After a few years, the scheme was banned by the regulators and hard-earned money of hundreds got drowned in a deep scam where no one can dive to bring it back.
Being straight sometimes cost you immediately but pays you back in long run!! Being straight!!

ruthi hai wo humse , apni tanhaiyaan lekar,
udas bhi hai hum idhar, uski pareshaniyaa dekhkar,

kaise batayein unhe, unme kya kya baat hai,
udas hai wo magar, fir bhi hum sath hai

banjarein nahi hum jo unke dil ko chhod de,
hamari har saanso ka hisab unke paas hai.

koshish hum karte hai,  kabhi na satayein unhe,
lekin hamari koshisho se hi shayad wo pareshan hai,

ruthi hai wo humse, fir bhi hum uske sath hai
tanha samjhti hai wo khudko, lekin hum uske paas hai....

Future power India: Need to cut its Arm imports

We Indian have replaced China from the post of largest arm importer in the world. Our arm imports has roused up to 111% in last five year congress term. Growth in arms import was almost doubled to our growth in GDP. We have almost doubled up our imports for arms. Their are two opinions on the same

1st opinion: Our inherent capabilities are staggered and our Government imports arms from foreign nation to safeguard our boundaries. If such remains the scenario then sooner our government will replace our Army mens from foreign soldiers. Shame on our Government who instead of developing indigenous solutions for our defence need, purchasing arms & ammunition from foreign manufacturers. Such deals are made when our growth rate is decreasing, unemployment increasing, lack of liquidity leading to high exchange rates, ..etc. It is us who has to think whether to invest in foreign's arm or to nurture our land with import's value by electing a Govt. who has guts to make our bright future.

2nd opinion: High imports of new tech arms & ammunition leading us to a safer place to live and work. High stability of newly equipped army resulting better peace keeping situations attracting foreign investment and making us prosperous and fastest growing economies in the world.

As per me the first opinion is rather more correct than the second one. Though we are the largest importer of arms till 2013, and our imports are almost thrice to the imports of our nearest competitor i.e China. May the new Government take corrective actions by understanding the needs of the Future power "India"

Missing College days

The favorite Game : Life

Life is the most exciting game, which we all are playing day & night. Some considered as winners and some looser by us. But the most important part is what we consider for our self. A person is successful only if he thinks he has achieved what he wanted. Critics and parsing of others are inconsiderable , if we don't pay attention to them. Therefore keep on playing till you wins or the game wins...

Indian saving Indian economy

Steps to be taken by Citizen's of India for protecting economy:

As Govt. and their policies are unable to protect our economy, we must immediately act to save our own interests:

1: Minimize using foreign brand product.
2: Invest a little amount in bonds.
3: Minimize buying Golds, if possible sell few old gold ornaments in market.
4: Do not panic and withdraw market investments.
5: Do your current job/business in the most effective way.
6: Make a peaceful environment throughout the nation so our stability can attract more investors.

After all our enemies are trying to make us fall on our knees by creating nuisance in borders. We cannot act over mosquito bites as we are more interested in our own reforms. We must give them a slap by emerging ourselves as the strong and peaceful nation, in spite of their hard works to make us fall.

If we all treat this issue seriously and work a little as an Indian, we will surely emerge as a strong economy and slap our enemies.

"We are Indian, and its now time to show our power to World"

Happy Independence day

Idling Delhi Metro Infrastructure, worth crores to Indian public

Delhi Metro, Airport Line - It is a metro line joining Delhi Airport with New Delhi Railway Station. This infrastructure was build for its utilization in common wealth games. As the motto was to reduce traffic and to provide good means of transport to visitors coming from different nations. Therefore price set for transportation was high and justifiable.

Post commonwealth planning : Motto of developing such a huge public transport infrastructure by spending crores of rupees now changed to eliminate traffic, having a more fast and reliable mode in a more environment friendly way.

But Delhi govt. is among st the king in crowd of donkeys, who is wasting such a huge infrastructure and converting it into garbage. Still the ticket worth Rs.80 and Rs.150 for travelling even for 5 or 13 km. As the fare is high therefore few peoples travel in the Airport-New Delhi Metro line. I was shocked after finding just me in the Airocity metro station, and only 1 or 2's in the metro bogie. As less traffic in these lines leads to lower utilization and low generation of funds which has to be accounted from profit earned from other sectors.

The Govt. of Delhi must reduce the fare in this line, so to increase its usage and to maximize their profit. After all the maintenance and running cost has to be paid from the accounts of tax payers in absence of fund generation from infrastructure.

May GOD bless our Govt. Advisers & Bureaucrats in taking steps which will lead to optimum utilization of such resources, and making our country a better place to live.

Naxalite attacks at Darbhanga on Congress Leaders.

It was a very sad incident occurred at Bastar, Chhattisgarh. Where we have lost a hope of complete democracy. The Maoist had taken harsh way to show their way of attaining their way of living. Why don't they understand that their work will only move them back and back instead of enriching their people's life. They want freedom from zamindari system, and land for their farmers. But we have got rid of Zamindari's system many years ago. I think Government must interrupt them by offering land's for cultivation to naxalities. More or less they have shown an ugly image of their thoughts.

With naxalities a handful population is not getting the rights of freedom, speech, etc. People under them are living in situations like Afghanistan. We have to take corrective measures immediately in following few point.

1: Restricting the supplies of Arms and Ammunition to naxalities.
2: Providing adequate food, shelter and jobs opportunities to naxal affected areas
3: More investment in road, communication, irrigation and tourism in such areas.

It is very shocking that these fellows are getting arms and ammunition very easily for their use, as they must be having links with few high bureaucrats for fulfilling/helping their requirements. More or less they have take unreasonable actions which will lead them no results.

May GOD bless them with a prosperous and peaceful life...

Dependency on Crude

India produces 40 Million Tonnes of crude per year, and our consumption is 160 million tonnes per year. We are importing about 75 % of our necessitous crude from other countries. But we export refined product to other countries. Our refining capacity is more than our needs. Oil is generally purchased from OPEC countries, and almost the entire world is dependent on these countries for crude requirements. These countries uses Oil not only for economical needs, but for their political needs too. The entire world behaves like puppet when these countries uses oil supply as their strands. We too are dependent on OPEC nation for our supply. Can we imagine our nation without their support??

No, We can't. Because we do not have alternate sources to fulfill our needs. Many people says we must shift to Nuclear Technology, and yes it is Economical and Green Technology by which we can cut barrel requirements. But after developing nuclear reactors with this slow pace and high investment we will be going to fail again. As after developing reactors we will get dependent on nations which will supply us nuclear fuel, and there will be formation of Organisation of Uranium Producing Nations OUPN, and then these country will use Uranium supplies as key to meet their economical as well as political requirements, as upto that span of time almost the whole world will start using nuclear power.

So, we must develop Reactors quickly, so that when our reactors get out of use we were ready to adapt new technology of that time, and presently we must think to reduce our oil cuts and in improving efficiency of system.

We have to reduce our dependency on crude by developing new sources and Technologies, and improving the efficiency of present system to meet our requirements in a self-dependent way.

Tuesday, 19 March 2013

Monday, 18 March 2013
